Built on Experience, Driven by Industry Knowledge

HEM Engineering was founded in Ataşehir, Istanbul, in 2005. Our shareholders bring over 100 combined years of experience from Şişecam, Trakya Cam, and the wider global glass industry.

They served as project managers for float, container, tableware and special glass furnace projects, visiting most European, American, Chinese and Indian refractory producers.

HEM Engineering was founded in Istanbul, Türkiye with a mission to support the global glass industry — bringing decades of Şişecam expertise to the world stage.
